Luke is the cofounder of Foundation, the buyer experience platform for homebuilders. Prior to foundation, Luke has spent 15+ helping start & scale ventured-backed startups as a founder, PM, and product exec.

Derek is the co-founder of Foundation, the buyer experience platform for homebuilders. Prior to Foundation, he was the former GM of Opendoor’s homebuilder business, which he turned into the company's first $1b+ partnership channel. Previously, he worked at one of the nation's largest homebuilders, Lennar, and has 15+ years in the homebuilding industry. He is passionate about building a better platform for residential real estate and the new construction industry.
