I am a co-founder of Future Fields, a Canadian start-up working to enable cellular agriculture commercialization through cost-effective, scalable, and custom growth media. I obtained a PhD in cell biology from the University of Alberta and was one of the first Canadian grant recipients in the field of cellular agriculture.
