Paces automates early-stage due diligence and provides the expertise to accelerate late-stage diligence, fast-tracking projects from siting to construction-ready. Our platform supports renewable energy and data center developers, real estate firms, and more by streamlining siting, interconnection, and permitting. With Paces, teams can de-risk decisions, shorten timelines, and get more renewable energy projects built.

I’m the co-founder and CEO of Paces. Originally from Ireland, previously I was the founder of Hale, a personal training marketplace and held senior roles at Google acquired ML startup Hello Vera, B2B marketplace Respondent and fintech giant FactSet.
Charles is the co-founder and CTO of Paces. Before Paces, Charles worked on large model inference and led AI efficiency at Meta AI. Prior to that, he built data-intensive software solutions at various different startups. Charles is based in New York and holds a CS degree from Cornell University.
