Tandem is a digital office for remote teams. You can see who's online, what app they're working in, and talk/screenshare/video in one click. We designed Tandem by deconstructing the affordances and benefits of a physical space, and transcribing them to a virtual space.
Tandem provides a virtual office for remote and distributed teams, enabling spontaneous collaboration by showing who’s available, in a conversation, or busy, and enabling easy start of conversations with interactive screen-sharing and online co-working features.
Users see a representation of their team’s presence (availability, active conversations, and busy status) and can initiate conversations by tapping or clicking. The product enables spontaneous, in-person-like interactions through quick-chat prompts and supports collaborative work via interactive screen-sharing and online co-working sessions, simulating an office environment for remote teams.

I’m the CEO at Product Hunt (S14) as of 2023. Previously I was CEO and co-founder at Tandem (YC S19) - a virtual office for remote teams. Before that I was a product manager at Delectable (social wine app) and a data scientist at Aviate (acquired by Yahoo). And way before that I studied Bioengineering at Princeton.
