Previously built all the AI support software for Starlink at SpaceX including an AI troubleshooting system to root-cause every customer support inquiry using Starlink device data. Led the development of the Starlink app/web chatbots and an AI copilot for customer support agents. Also built fully secure/on-prem coding agents for SpaceX engineers.
